Reinforced flexible water connectors for use with potable hot and cold water supply. Connectors are furnished as reinforced 2 ply PVC or reinforced 2 ply PVC with Stainless Steel over-braid.
Flow Master utilizes double-extruded PVC tubing, with continuous braided nylon/polyester reinforcement between the clear cover and bright white waterway. Nylon/polyester braid has 9 picks per inch. Materials are sanctioned for food contact according to the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 (Food & Drug) and NSF 61/9. Burst-test pressure of PVC connectors exceeds 750 psi.
PVC tubing is over-braided with type 304 Stainless Steel wire braid, where applicable. 5 wires per pick, 12 picks per inch. Burst-test pressure exceeds 2,500 psi. Nuts and inserts are type C36000 Series, or Lead Free brass, as required to meet California AB-1953 requirements for use with drinking water. Brass items are machined from solid stock, and are NSF listed.
Nuts are nickel-plated to military specification QQN-290 per ASME standards. O-rings and seals are type E-37049 FDA/NSF61/9 listed. Crimp Sleeve is C36000 Series nickel-plated brass.

Connectors are individually labeled with the model number, description, date of manufacture, installation instructions, barcode, and the NSF and UPC approvals.
All Flow Master products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Manufactured in compliance with ASME A112.18.6. IAPMO UPC Listed. ANSI/NSF 61 Section 9 and Annex G Approved where applicable. Flow Master connectors are made in the U.S.A.
